- Pre-Sale and Made-to-Order Items
- All merchandise is sold on a pre-sale basis and is manufactured specifically to order.
- Production will commence following the close of the pre-sale period.
- No Returns or Exchanges
- As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preferences.
- Please ensure all order details, including sizing and delivery information, are correct at the time of purchase.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or differs from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photographs of the issue.
- Production and Delivery
- Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change.
- Delays caused by the manufacturer, or shipping provider are outside of our control.
- Product Images
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, sizing, and final appearance may vary slightly from those displayed.
- Order Acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an error in pricing, product information, or availability.
