The Indigenous Law Reform Panel will focus its discussion around law reform for Indigenous people, encompassing the legislation required to decrease incarceration rates, treaty and truth telling as well as the barriers to closing the gap.


The panel will have a number of qualified Indigenous legal professionals, legal professionals practicing in areas affecting Indigenous Australians, alongside specialists on the area of law reform in Victoria specifically.
