Special General Meeting

Members are invited to submit any points for the committee to address, whether it be concerns or suggestions. This must be recieved by email to the secretary (secretary@deakinlss.org) no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be recieved by the Secretary at least 48 hours before the meeting.
