Want to be a part of the 2009 DLSS Committee? Well here is your chance!
The DLSS Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 22nd of September from 12pm till 3pm in the Richard Searby Room behind Caffeine. All positions for the 2009 DLSS Committee will be up for election on this day.
Nominations
Nominations open on Monday 8th of September and close on Thursday 18th of September. Names of all candidates will be released on the DLSS website on Friday 19th of September.
Why get involved?
The list is endless.
Some of the most important reasons are: meeting social and work
contacts, doing something constructive with your spare time at uni, working
as a team to get things done that benefit others,
to have a taste of how Committee politics work (sensational!), meet potential
employers, gain an insight into the industry and
meet some new friends. In life, we all know, it’s not what
you know- it’s
who you know. So by becoming involved your networking scope will
expand exponentially!

Melbourne AGM
All students are invited to attend in order to hear about the year that was as well as to
vote for next year's DLSS Burwood Committee. Entry is free, refreshments will be provided
and all LLB students can vote.
